ABOUT ICC

The Ocean Conservancy launched this initiative in 1986.

Since its beginning, more than 17 million volunteers have collected more than 350 million pounds of trash.

Over 100 countries participate every year.

ICC is the largest one day volunteer event in the world and engages volunteers to remove trash from the world’s beaches and waterways.
